Finnish smartphone maker HMD Global also known as the home of Nokia phones has now introduced some new devices at their global event that happened earlier today.
The first smartphone introduced today by HMD Global is the Nokia 8.3 which is a 4th generation product in the Nokia 8 series. The device was already unveiled in March this year but as it was to be featured in the Bond Movie ‘No Time To Die’ which was delayed due to COVID-19 pandemic, so Nokia also had to delay the device availability. Speaking of the main features and specifications of the Nokia 8.3 5G, the device comes with a big 6.81-inch Full HD+ PureDisplay tech from HMD Global. The display boasts a refresh rate of 120Hz which is a big improvement from its predecessor. The processing power in Nokia 8.3 comes from an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G mobile platform which is proven to be a very performing chip in the upper mid-range in 2020.
In the camera department, we get a Quad camera setup on the backside of Nokia 8.3 5G which houses a 64MP of the main camera with Zeiss optics, a 12MP Ultra Wide angle lens, a 2MP Macro and finally a 2MP depth sensor.
