Redmi, the sub brand of Chinese OEM Xiaomi is all set to introduce new devices in India.
The upcoming smartphone from Redmi comes under the Redmi 9 series. The Redmi 9 smartphone launch is scheduled to happen on 27th August in India. The company is teasing it’s launch on different social media channels. It will have more RAM and storage compared to previous one. We could expect the base variant to start at 3GB RAM and 32GB of storage. There will be a 6.5-inch HD+ display with waterdrop notch up top. There will be a dual rear camera in the Redmi 9 smartphone with Square module faking it to be triple sensor. We could expect a big battery ranging from 4500-5000mAh in capacity. The upcoming Redmi 9 is also going to be company’s first smartphone in India to come with MIUI12 out of the box.
