Redmi, the sub-brand of Xiaomi has now officially introduced its first wearable product in India as the Redmi Smart Band.
The Redmi Band from Xiaomi is an answer to Realme Band which was also launched for ₹1499 and in the same segment, Redmi has marked its entry with the Redmi Smart Band. The Redmi Smart Band comes with a 1.08-inch big color LCD display instead of OLED from the Mi Band series which is the main differentiating factor in both the series. The display can go upto a peak brightness of 200 nits and is protected by a 2D tempered glass. Other features include a 24×7 heart rate monitor with the sensor present on the back. It also brings support for Water resistance of 5ATM i.e. 50 Metres.
It has a USB A port for charging which is also available in the competition, the Realme Band. The company is also promising 14 days of battery life in the Redmi Band on a single charge. In terms of sensors included, we get a heart rate sensor, activity tracker, sleep monitor, sedentary reminder, and much more.

The Redmi Smart Band from Xiaomi comes in Black, Blue, Orange, and Green color variants. It will be available for purchase for ₹1599 from September 9th.
